Ventilated facade projects delivered in Central Asia
Three objects from our Central Asian practice that show how the design decisions described in this guide work on real buildings.

VENTFASAD 24 designs and supplies rainscreen systems. Before working in Georgia, the team delivered projects in Central Asia: a business school, a residential building and a metal cassette facade. The case studies below describe what was designed and supplied, which materials were used and why.
We do not publish areas, addresses, client names or cost data: that is working documentation, not marketing material. What is useful for a designer is the logic of the decisions.
Cases
- Business school facade: coil-coated aluminium laid as long standing-seam pans, a stone plinth and a seismic-region subframe.
- Residential building facade: porcelain stoneware and metal cassettes on one subframe, with one specification for both.
- Metal cassette facade: cassette durability and a dedicated survey design for the module grid.
What the cases have in common
Each object was handled as one system: subframe, cladding, trims and fixings designed together, with calculation and cutting data prepared before supply. The same approach applies to projects in Georgia, with Georgian norms and Eurocode references in place of the local standards used in Central Asia. See facade design services and the design guide.
