VENTFASAD 24 designs and supplies ventilated facades. Our engineers have designed facades for residential towers, business schools, hospitals and commercial buildings in Central Asia and now bring that experience to projects in Georgia — with the calculations, drawings and documentation in English, Georgian and Russian.

How we work

We treat a ventilated facade as an engineering system. Before choosing a panel we look at the wall it will hang on, the wind and seismic loads at the site, the fire rules for the height of the building and the energy requirements for the climate zone. The design follows from those constraints, and every assumption is written down so that the expert reviewer, the contractor and the client can check it.

What sets us apart

• Design first. We start with calculations and drawings, not with a price list.
• Georgian rules, international practice. We work with the Georgian technical regulations and use Eurocodes, European Technical Assessments and the International Building Code where the Georgian documents refer to them.
• Materials from one source. HPL and aluminium composite panels, painted aluminium and steel, linear panels, clinker and subframes — designed and supplied together.
