Thermal break PKO-55-60 is a thermal break pad at the bracket. It sits between the bracket and the wall to interrupt the metal path through the insulation layer, which reduces the heat loss through each fixing point.

It works with wall brackets and insulation of different thickness. It is clamped between the wall and the bracket, and the fasteners pass through it. Choosing the correct type for the insulation thickness keeps the bracket in the right plane and preserves the intended ventilated gap behind the cladding. Its position in the assembly is set by the drawings, and it is identified by its designation.
The count and sizes of every subframe element come from the project calculation, which takes in wind and ice loads, seismic conditions, height and the base wall.
