The Starter profile carries the first panel at the edge of a wall or at floor level, and in doing so it sets the line for the whole cladding. If it is installed level and plumb, every following panel inherits that accuracy, so it is the first part to be fixed in a PDP-100 layout.

PDP-100 is an aluminium system for concealed fixing of HPL panels indoors. The profiles are screwed to the base or sub-frame through the perforation and the panels are placed into the grooves. The result is a flat surface with neat joints, common in hospitals, schools, offices and washrooms. Tbilisi fit-outs with HPL walls can use it the same way.
