PROBOS PANELOCK 50H is a one-component adhesive sealant based on STP polymer, the main component of the PROBOS bonding system for HPL panels. It has high initial tack and does not sag on a vertical surface. It is UV resistant, tolerates vibration, does not shrink and does not cause corrosion.
It contains no isocyanates, silicones or solvents and forms an elastic bond. In the three-part system it is the last component, applied after the ACTILOCK 31 activator and TP3664B tape, and it allows HPL panels to be mounted on a ventilated facade sub-frame or indoors without visible fixings. The sequence is cleaning and activation, tape, sealant, then the panel.
