LM 01 facade lamella is an extruded aluminium profile for sun shading and decorative cladding, with an elliptical (aerodynamic) section. It is mounted vertically or horizontally on an aluminium subframe, and it cuts direct sun, hides service zones and sets the rhythm of the facade without closing ventilation or the view.

The elliptical section turns with the light, so the screen changes in appearance during the day. It is used in front of offices, schools and hospitals to cut direct sun while keeping the view. Georgian climate gives a clear reason for this kind of screen on south and west elevations of Tbilisi buildings, as well as in interior slat ceilings and partitions.
Slat size, spacing and finish are chosen in the project, so the architect can tune how much light passes. VENTFASAD 24 designs the fixing subframe and supplies the lamellas cut to length.
