This service covers CNC milling of HPL panels 4-10 mm thick with a chamfer. The machine cuts sheets to size and makes cut-outs, grooves and holes for fittings and fasteners, so parts arrive ready to install.
The chamfer option removes the sharp arris along the cut, so the edge is safer to handle and looks neater on visible joints, counters and partition doors. For panels in the 4-10 mm range, typical jobs are facade cassettes, wall linings and interior components.
