Guide rail KPS 364 is a SIAL subframe profile. This profile is mounted on the brackets and holds the cladding: the visible line of the subframe behind the facade.
- Component: guide rail
- Designation: KPS 364
- System: SIAL ventilated facade subframe
- Role: carries the cladding on the brackets
The pitch of rails and brackets follows the calculation for wind and dead load, so a profile section that fits one wall may need a closer pitch on another. The rail is cut to length and fastened to each bracket it crosses; where a run is longer than one profile, a connector joins the lengths. Rail ends are kept clear of corners and openings as shown on the drawings, so cladding edges always land on supported profile.
The count and sizes of every subframe element come from the project calculation, which takes in wind and ice loads, seismic conditions, height and the base wall.
Our designers complete the subframe against the specification, which keeps the order consistent with the drawings.
Send us the drawings or the facade area and we will prepare a quotation with the material, fixings and delivery to Tbilisi, Batumi or Kutaisi.
