Guide rail KPS 354 is a SIAL subframe profile. A guide rail is the vertical or horizontal profile of the subframe, bolted to the brackets, that carries the cladding.
- Component: guide rail
- Designation: KPS 354
- System: SIAL ventilated facade subframe
- Role: carries the cladding on the brackets
Rail pitch and bracket spacing come from the load calculation, which means the same profile can be used at wider pitch on low walls and closer pitch on high or windy ones. The rail is cut to length and fastened to each bracket it crosses; where a run is longer than one profile, a connector joins the lengths. Rail ends are kept clear of corners and openings as shown on the drawings, so cladding edges always land on supported profile.
The count and sizes of every subframe element come from the project calculation, which takes in wind and ice loads, seismic conditions, height and the base wall.
We prepare the facade design and supply the subframe to specification, including projects in Tbilisi and elsewhere in Georgia.
Send us the drawings or the facade area and we will prepare a quotation with the material, fixings and delivery to Tbilisi, Batumi or Kutaisi.
