Rail pitch and bracket spacing are not chosen by eye: they come from a calculation of wind load and the self-weight of the facade. The rail works together with SIAL brackets (load-bearing and support types), intermediate-floor brackets and the fasteners listed in the project specification.
Quantities, pitch and the exact variant are fixed in the design calculation, which accounts for wind load, building height and the wall material. VENTFASAD 24 prepares that design and supplies the subframe against the specification, so projects in Tbilisi and across Georgia receive a matched set.
