CNC milling of composite panels is a fabrication service for aluminium composite sheet. A CNC router cuts V-shaped grooves for folding cassettes, nests parts out of the sheet and makes cut-outs of complex shape.

Milled sheet is assembled into cladding cassettes and parts of signs. Cassette corners, return flanges and fixing tabs are prepared at this stage, so the folded part matches the project drawing. Describe the cassette sizes and quantities in the drawing.
Send a drawing in DWG, DXF or PDF with dimensions and part quantities. Processed parts can be shipped together with the panel material, and for projects in Tbilisi and elsewhere in Georgia we supply them with the facade design.
