RAL 5002 aluminium composite panel, a lightweight rigid sheet for cassettes, signage, entrance portals and interiors.

The colour is an ultramarine blue, deep, tilting to violet in shade and to bright blue in sun. Designers pair it with white, pale wood and glazing; it fits public buildings, waterside hospitality and residential accents. The gloss surface reflects the surroundings and exposes any waviness in the substrate, so a flat subframe is worth planning.

Typical applications include signage and wayfinding, complex milled cassettes, entrance portals, kiosks and interior cladding. Where non-combustible cladding is required, a fire-retardant grade can be discussed at the design stage and aluminium sheet cassettes in a matching colour can replace the composite.
