Facade painted aluminium sheet RAL 7005 (PE) 1.5 mm

Factory-painted aluminium sheet in RAL 7005, 1.5 mm, with a polyester (PE) coating. It is cut and folded into facade cassettes, reveals and flashings.

RAL 7005 is a mouse grey, mid-dark and slightly brownish. It sits well with light concrete, wood and white metal and is typically specified for utility buildings and quiet office frontages. At 1.5 mm it keeps the load on the subframe low and suits compact cassettes, window reveals, sills and soffits.

Because the sheet is painted at the factory, colour and coating thickness stay uniform across a batch. It can be cut, bent and routed into cassettes of any shape, and it is also used for column and bay cladding, canopy soffits and folded trim. The material comes with design support from the VENTFASAD 24 engineers, who can check the layout against your elevation before anything is cut.
