Facade painted aluminium sheet RAL 5005 (PE) 1.5 mm

Factory-painted aluminium sheet in RAL 5005, 1.5 mm, with a polyester (PE) coating. It is cut and folded into facade cassettes, reveals and flashings.

RAL 5005 is a signal blue, clean and intense without a violet cast. It sits well with white, silver and light stone and is typically specified for technology, healthcare and sports buildings. At 1.5 mm it keeps the load on the subframe low and suits compact cassettes, window reveals, sills and soffits.

Because the sheet is painted at the factory, colour and coating thickness stay uniform across a batch. It can be cut, bent and routed into cassettes of any shape, and it is also used for column and bay cladding, canopy soffits and folded trim. The material comes with design support from the VENTFASAD 24 engineers, who can check the layout against your elevation before anything is cut.
