Facade painted aluminium sheet RAL 5003 (PE) 1.5 mm

Factory-painted aluminium sheet in RAL 5003, 1.5 mm, with a polyester (PE) coating. It is cut and folded into facade cassettes, reveals and flashings.

RAL 5003 is a sapphire blue, dark and calm, close to deep sea water. It sits well with light grey, white and natural wood and is typically specified for corporate and institutional buildings. At 1.5 mm it keeps the load on the subframe low and suits compact cassettes, window reveals, sills and soffits.

Because the sheet is painted at the factory, colour and coating thickness stay uniform across a batch. It can be cut, bent and routed into cassettes of any shape, and it is also used for column and bay cladding, canopy soffits and folded trim. We prepare the facade project and the material list together, which keeps fixings, joints and cut sizes consistent from drawing to delivery.
