Coil-coated aluminium for facade 1.5×1500×4000, PlastCover coating, colour 905 Emerald Onyx AluHype

Emerald Onyx, AluHype code 905, is applied to the aluminium sheet as PlastCover: polyester enamel with a clear laminated film carrying the stone pattern. The film guards the decor against wear and sunlight, and later batches match earlier ones.

Emerald Onyx imitates deep green translucent onyx with swirling lighter veins. It is a feature material for entrance portals, hotel lobbies and brand frontages, set against neutral stone or black metal.

The sheet is cut, bent and routed like standard aluminium, then mounted on a ventilated facade substructure as cassettes, linear panels, soffits or entrance-group linings. VENTFASAD 24 is a team of facade designers that supplies materials together with the project, so this sheet can be specified for sites in Tbilisi and across Georgia with the cassette layout already worked out.
