Coil-coated aluminium for facade 1.5×1500×4000, PlastCover coating, colour 1423 Cortes Walnut AluHype

This coil-coated aluminium sheet carries the Cortes Walnut wood decor, code 1423, from the AluHype palette. The PlastCover coating is a polyester enamel topped with a laminated clear film that holds the printed pattern, which protects it from abrasion and UV and keeps the shade consistent from batch to batch.

Cortes Walnut is a medium-dark walnut with a red-brown glow and a distinct figure. Offices and hotels use it where a traditional warm tone is expected, with cream stone and dark glass.

The sheet is cut, bent and routed like standard aluminium, then mounted on a ventilated facade substructure as cassettes, linear panels, soffits or entrance-group linings. VENTFASAD 24 is a team of facade designers that supplies materials together with the project, so this sheet can be specified for sites in Tbilisi and across Georgia with the cassette layout already worked out.
